Before we can work, we need to be inducted:
- to find out about the project generally;
- to be reminded of the health and safety aspects of the job;
- to fill out forms, get our pictures taken and get a pass
and also...
- to learn about making a difference in reducing the environmental
impacts of the project.
Project Sus'd is about sustainable construction partnership and
we have several suggestions for you to include in your induction
programme. These are equally applicable if you have:
- Multimedia induction programme (videos and other hi-tech
technologies); or
- Powerpoint-type slide presentation; or
- Flip-chart type of presentation; or
- Talk and handout type of programme.
You can use the Project Sus'd content either via a print-out.
