"Checklists, Forms and Templates" are the structures that help you to implement Project Sus'd at your project site.

This page contains the various "paperwork" components and guidance on how to use them.

The "Checklists"

General:

  • Pre-start meeting checklist (PDF)- before the project gets going, it is a good time to outline the expectations of the subcontractors. This checklist is aimed to help discussions and exploring potential problems with the project.

  • Additional Topics for Pre-start (PDF) - this short document offers additional topic for you to consider when you have discussions with suppliers and sub-contractors.

  • Site Status checklist (PDF) - this checklist helps you with a status check before you start on a waste management project.

  • Motivation Survey - two checklists are offered to help you get a sense of how people at the project site are feeling about things.

Waste Management:

  • Waste Spotting checklist #1 (PDF) - This "Visual Sweep" checklist is for you to spot things that are not right generally. If you sweep your eyes around the project site generally, do you see anything that is not right? Anything that can cause a hazard?

This checklist is designed for use generally: during daily walk-round; or for project managers, supervisors who are moving around the project site.

  • Waste Spotting checklist #2 (PDF) - This "Waste Spotting" checklist is designed to be used in a particular job or task, or with a particular Method Statement. You can also use it to check on a particular area at the project site.

  • 8 Wastes Checklist (PDF) - This checklist is designed to help you check whether particular jobs contribute to the 8 wastes.

  • Tool Box Talk Preparation - This page is designed to help you prepare and give a memorable Project Sus'd Tool Box Talk.
